Mocha coconut Morning Smoothie

1 shot of espresso + ½ cup milk (if using coffee, use strong brewed coffee & milk equivalent to ½ cup or so)

1 serving chocolate protein (We used Spiru-tein)

1 tsp. Harvest Bay Coconut Oil

½ banana, frozen 

Instructions

Once coffee is at room temperature or cooler, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend WELL (extra blending time may be needed to ensure the coconut oil is thoroughly mixed).

Top with your favorite toppings (pictured: Chocolate Coconut GF Bar Bites, cacao nibs, bananas, goji berries, and Purely Elizabeth granola)
